"Worst taxi experience ever Firstly we asked if we could move our taxi time, and the driver said ok Due to traffic the driver asked if he could drop us 1 mile for our destination so he didn’t miss our job, because he moved our time we said ok to do him a favour. We then got a taxi from the office and never been spoken too so rudely, that man needs manners. He told us we couldn’t move our taxi and we got out early at our request. We will be claiming our taxi fee back as we were dropped off early to help the taxi driver off and the office need to learn to speak to people. WORST TAXI EVER "
"The booking went wrong from the start. I wanted the taxi at Midnight and the booking system does not allow you to enter 23.59. I realised that the system is not foolproof and this ambiguity in the time would potentially be an issue, so I called the taxi company on the day before to make sure it was understood. However despite this they still came the wrong day. On the correct day I called several times to see if the taxi was coming and could get no definitive answer. In my follow up complaint, the company demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I used this company because I thought that it would be more professional that a local taxi company but I realise it is no better and indeed I paid way more than I would with a local company. Would not recommend such a service, book direct."
